Van 16-20 april 2018 vinden activiteiten plaats over de hele UvA campus en online, gericht op het psychisch en fysiek welzijn van studenten en promovendi. Deze week gaan wij kritisch in gesprek met elkaar, en onszelf, over gezondheid. Er zijn interviews, lezingen en debatten, maar ook sportactiviteiten, coach cafés, documentaire screenings en workshops. Welk gesprek ga jij aan?

The UvA Health Week is all about health and wellbeing. Sports, movement, nutrition but also stress, burnout and other mental health issues. It’s about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and why this isn’t always easy. It’s a week for UvA students and PhD researchers to make time for their health.
Let’s talk health
From 16-20 April 2018 activities will take place across the UvA campus and online, focused on mental and physical well-being of students and PhD students. This week we will enter into a critical dialogue with each other, and ourselves, about health. There will be interviews, lectures and debates, but also sports activities, coach cafés, documentary screenings and workshops. Which conversation will you start?
